- Responsible for all branding and design projects, from briefing the Creative team (art director, designers & copywriter) to execution.

Paint the Town Qatar:
- Work alongside with artist to ensure the successful execution of Paint the Town events.
- Run the logistics of the event so artists can mainly focus on hosting/teaching.
- Use provided supplies to set up the room and attendee stations prior to the event, check attendees in as they arrive, and clean up the room after the event.
- Assist with scheduling and/or processing reservation requests.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all branding, marketing, and advertising projects, from briefing the Creative
team (art director, designers & copywriter) to execution.

• Led the office branding project of client’s (more than 6) local and international offices.
• Led and project managed the award-winning exhibition stand design in one of the largest and
most important oil and gas events in the region in 2016 - OGWA 2016.
• Project managed the marketing and advertising strategy as well as the event branding for the
launch of “Accessible Qatar” - the region's ''''rst smart phone application and website for specialized
for disabled community.
• Expanded client base by 50% in 1 year by consistently delivering goal-surpassing marketing results
and ensuring client satisfaction.

Preparation of Financial Reports on weekly and monthly basis, and when needed.
Supervision and control of accounts of debtors and creditors
Preparation of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable report Entering & approving day to day transaction receipt vouchers, Payment Vouchers, Contra Vouchers, Journal Vouchers, Cash payment and Cash receipt vouchers
Monitor daily the Bank accounts and report will be given to CEO
Prepare local and international purchase order to assist the procurement department
Prepare deposits and weekly cash flow forecast
Approve petty cash expenses and other cash payments up to certain level and maintain cash management.
Establish and maintain Supplier and Client Accounts
Day to day processing and handling of payment and receipt vouchers
Prepare local and international purchase order
Validation of important financial data and records
Perform Bank Reconciliation
Ability to coordinate with the relevant personnel within the company being audited
Prepare a 5-year forecast financial report for a future project (Pro-forma Income Statement)
Establish and maintain Supplier and Client Accounts

Preparation of weekly Accounts Payable report, specifically the Cheque Payments
