 Structuring of Security Trusteeship, Facility Agent and Escrow transactions and advising clients on the matters related thereto viz. creation of Mortgage/ Hypothecation/ Pledge, transfer of shares, stamp duty implications etc;

 Drafting and finalization of various security and other related documents viz. facility agreement, security trustee agreement, escrow agreement, hypothecation agreement, mortgage documents, power of attorneys, Board Resolution;

 Handling of External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) transactions related to appointment and functioning of a Security Trustee and to advise the client on related compliances thereto;

 To facilitate work related to acting as an Escrow Bank in case of Open Offers;

 Handling of and advising clients on FEMA, RBI and other compliances for cross border transactions related to inbound and outbound investments from an Authorized Dealer perspective.
 Advising clients for filing of Form 8 & Form 17 related to registration/satisfaction of charges with the Registrar of Companies and other related matters as per Companies Act, 1956;

 Co-ordination and negotiations with law firms (including international law firms), Merchant Bankers from a legal as well as operational perspective

 To manage internal Audit and Operational Risk and control

 Training internal sales and business teams
