Handling all HR operations responsibilities such as Payroll, Daily Payments, Data updation, maintain leave records, Probation confirmations, transfer letters, coordination and communication with employees on any related topics/ queries, Reports and coordination with HR Business partners. Follow policies and procedures, update the policies and procedures whene ever required.
In the Akademie division which proivdes trainings to the various companies. Have to take care of the operations & suport the sales executives in their daily work. Over all supervision of the smooth running of the In house training programs
