Research and analysis of the Collateralized Mortgage Obligations (CMO) bonds mainly in the US and Global bond market to
support the evaluators pricing process of bonds.
Data Maintenance
Maintaining over 700 Deals in Reuter’s database.

Update accurate Factors and Coupons, relevant for Bond Pricing. Use of Reverse Engineering Application (REA) and

Service Report Entry (SRE) applications.
• Analysing the right Factors and Coupons feed through Feed Exception Application (FEA). These have to be compared
with the servicing report and the correct feed is force loaded into Reuter’s database.
• Tracking collateral value for the mortgage backed securities. Updating performance data of loans like Foreclosure,
Bankruptcy, Delinquencies, Prepayments and Prepayment penalties.
Answering client queries after thorough investigation. Response sent to clients within the deadline specified, including the
•
cause and action for the query.
Interacting with Trustees for resolving any issues with servicing reports.

Preparing Base Price check sheet for deals using different prepayment speeds.
•
New Issuance
Entering the terms and conditions of Deals/Bonds from the prospectus.
