Responsible for all Tawasol Telecom Operations Accounts Nokia-Huawei-NEC in Telecom/Full Turn Key Fields:
Manage all P&L functions for a defined Business.
Direct, coordinate, and execute the market plan as directed by the business.
Overseeing P&L functions for installation and optimization activities, site acquisition, and project and
construction, Telecom management teams.
Supervise the activities of numerous employees engaged in meeting the customer objectives,
Responsible for motivating, organising, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set
productivity targets are met.
Ensuring quality, delivery, and budget objectives are met
Delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from General Manager.
Producing regular metric reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving.
Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress.
Communicating with other departments, staff groups, and customers
Ensure that all workings are done in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with
specifications and quality requirements
Improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency
Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data/statements and utilize them to improve profitability
Perform quality controls and monitor KPI’s
Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources
Cater to clients’ or personnel’s concerns
Implementation and installation of Smart Meters (Electricity, Gas and Water)
Field Maintenance and after Sales Activities.
Manage the following:
Plans, directs and co-ordinates Project planning and preparation of annual and longer-term capital and operating budgets
Develop, maintain and control the project budget after approval from management.
Customer Satisfaction; maintain good relation with the customers peers and ensure proper handling of customer escalations.
Maintain the PM challenge; COST, SCOPE and SCHEDULE. All in healthy status as contractually signed.
Lead the project team resources, mentor and develop their capabilities and ensure that Tawasol Telecom always have the best in market technical and project management.
Use configuration and pricing tools to develop customer quotes.
Responding to RFP & RFQ's presenting to potential customers and present P&L
Identify service definitions and risk/issue management
Direct all projects related activities to ensure time schedules are being achieved and all quality standards are being implemented according to the contract.
Establish the project organization.
Approves final contract negotiations with all subcontractors / suppliers.
Keep the project on budget and implements cost reduction measures.
Manage the project deliverables, daily operation and Project Management follow-up.
Support Finance department for Periodical Collection of Revenue from Customers as per planned forecast committed.
Distribute relevant information from the Customer to members of the projects teams.
Comprehend all contractual obligations between us and the Customer.
Review of estimates to cash flow projection, invoice reviews and approvals, preparation and issue of cost reports, trends reports, risk assessment and forecasting
1. Following up (Power) work orders according to the following classifications:
- Power Cut.
- Power Survey.
- Power Coding. - Install new Authority Power Meters.
2. Following up the required (Modification works) after getting sites On-Air such as the following activities:
- 3G Project, Air-Combining Project and collocated Sectors Project.
- Swap ID ODU Project and swap Rectifiers Project. - NTRA Project.
- Check VSWR with hardware problems Project. - Installing new guard rooms Project. - Installing new Side Arms.
- Change faulty (Ants-Feeders-Connectors- etc…)
- (Azimuth - HBA - Mech & Elect tilts).
3. Following up (Repair works) in existing On-Air sites, repair normally concern the following activities in RT & GF sites:
- Shelter and the outdoor cable trays corrosion treatment then painting.
- Tower and Masts corrosion treatment and sometimes bolt change then painting.
4. Following up (Access Team ) 22 Members for 2000 Sites to ensure that all sites granted to the contractor, suppliers, other third party contractors and any other personnel related to the operator, to be accessible 24/7 in addition to maintain and retain land lord rental contracts through the following:
Access to equipment.
Real estate management.
Real estate management tasks.
Ground lease renewal.
Electricity management connection.
Service provider obligations.
Access and Real Estate contracts retention Management Service SLA’s.
--- Following up the required (Modification works) =~ (9 Million EGP). after getting sites On-Air such as the following activities:
- RET Project (720 Sites).
- 3G Project (360 Sites)
- Install PCM cables (180 Sites).
- Air-Combining Project (90 Sites).
- NTRA Project (120 Sites).
- Check VSWR with hardware problems Project (120 Sites).
- Swap rectifiers Project (40 Sites).
- Installing new Side Arms (2050 Side Arms).
- Change faulty (Ants-Feeders-Connectors- etc…). - Change (Azimuth - HBA - Mech & Elect tilts).
--- Following up Construction & Acceptance for (36 Macro & Micro Sites) =~ (1300000 Million EGP) - New sites survey.
- Choosing the best candidate to match with the Radio design (D2B).
- Negotiation till signing the contract.
- Making the draft with Radio in order to achieve the best design between Radio and deployment.

1- Sitting Up Site with invoicing 20% Down Payment

3- Structure Analysis issuance.
4- STA Etisalat approval (Consultant Rep) approval.

Senior Deployment Engineer doing and follow the following activities for (196 New Sites) =~ (33 Million EGP):
1- New sites survey.
2- Choosing the best candidate to match with the Radio Design.
3- Helping in negotiation till signing the contract.
4- Making the draft with Radio in order to achieve the best design between Radio and deployment and prepare all needed documents.
5- Coordination with civil consultant in order to have the consultant report concerning the site which help in constructing the site on safety way and having the district permission for it.
6- Deliver the site to the subcontractor and supervising the work till the site construction.
7- Making the feeders and antennas measurements using site master and making site acceptance according to MobiNil
Specifications in order to have a site with very good quality.
8- Deliver the site to maintenance team after putting it on air.
9- Following up potential sites and try to choose which match RF design (Nominal Sites).
10- Submit Technical folder for all the a/m activities for each site I worked.
Site Engineer - Designer in project of Engineering Syndicate, construction And finalizing all finishing works + Swimming pools required for No. Of (60 Villas)=~ (30 Million EGP)
