1. Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips
2. Responsible for Hiring and termination process and Salaries Transactions.
3. Keep employees hiring documents & update the employee’s data base on weekly basis
4. Responsible for implementing the termination process

6. Responsible for blue collar recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, Hiring, getting approvals & follow up on probation period, synchronize with direct manager accordingly
7. Responsible for employment contract process & renewal. Monitoring all the labor law related issues
8. Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees commitment regarding the policies.
9. Monitor and update the existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and procedures, developing employee’s benefits (cash & Non cash benefits).

13. Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy
14. Preparing the salaries and the bonus for all employees
15. Assist HR Supervisor in preparing HR budget & prepare annual manpower plan.
16. Assist HR supervisor in all HR relative activities (training, recruitment, OD etc, .)
17. Calculate the annual salary increases according to the performance appraisal within the company budget
18. Handle all the medical insurance issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds….)
20. Generating monthly salaries reports.
HR Generalist
Handling all issues related to payroll (attendance, overtime, annual balance, and HR Letters, ...etc).
Preparing & calculating employees’ salary at the end of each month to find discrepancies between actual & calculated amounts.
Reviewing salaries with accounting part before transferring to bank accounts.
Following & controlling outsourcing employees with outsourcing company including hiring/firing process & salaries payment.
Participating & conducting salary bench march survey to measure the gap between current status & market salaries.
Conducting employee orientation programs: introducing personnel, employment benefits, payroll, assisting in filling of enrollment forms.
Maintaining confidentiality concerning personnel actions, legal actions, and termination, non-renewal documents.
Communicating with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff
Handling and forwarding employees’ requests
Updating and revising company policies and procedures to better suit the vision and mission statement
Providing information and assistance regarding recruitment, transfers, employment, personnel records, legislation and labor law.
Handling employment contracts and contract renewal
Conducting employee orientation programs: introducing personnel, employment benefits, payroll, assisting in filling of enrollment forms.
Providing recommendations to the HR Head on training programs and troublesome areas
Generating the weekly and monthly head-count report and man-hour repor
