• Serving customers at the sales counter.
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Offering face to face advice and safety to customers on the store products.
• Processing returns and refunds as required in line with company procedures.
• Responsible for the stores security including being its key holder.
• Responsible for the daily management of the till in the absence of the supervisor.
• Making sure that any item which is removed from a display column is replaced immediately after a sale.
• Handling customer complaints in a calm manner.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
• Providing demonstration and assembling of the products for the client
• To ensure duties provided to me are carried out with utmost responsibility and honesty.
• To re-assure the work given to me is done properly.
• To carry out cashiering functions in and accurate and professional manner in order to avoiddiscrepancies.
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Participated in promotion of store products.
• Monitor stocks on a regular basis and ensure all the stocks are available.
• Handle costumer complaints professionally and escalate any serious issues to the Store Manager for suitable solutions
• Comply with the company policies and procedures.
• Replenishing stocks as often as required.
• Maintain personal grooming as per standards to represent a positive image.
