Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with project requirements and business growth plans.
• Collaborate with department heads and project managers to forecast talent needs.
• Build and manage an internal and external talent pipeline for niche and critical roles.

Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles for entire engineering divisions of UAE/Qatar/Bahrain/Kuwait /Egypt and partial support to Indian operations
• Managing Recruitment of around 300+ white collar roles for a calendar year
• Source candidates using various channels: job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, job fairs, and internal referrals.
• Manage and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for effective candidate tracking and communication.


Stakeholder Management
• Act as a recruitment advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment challenges.
• Conduct intake meetings to understand technical role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.

Process & Compliance
• Standardize interview, evaluation, and selection processes to ensure consistency and compliance with local labor laws and company policy.
• Ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities, offer letters, and approvals.

Employer Branding
• Represent the company in external forums, university events, and industry job fairs.
• Work with marketing/ communication teams to build employer brand visibility.

Reporting & Metrics
• Maintain weekly/monthly dashboards tracking recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios.
• Analyze hiring trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and train junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators.
• Allocate roles and priorities among team members based on business urgency.
