Responsibilities:
• Electrical: Installation of MV, LV & ELV Electrical equipment systems such as Power Transformers, Lighting Transformers, Generators, MV & LV Motors, Solar Panels with Navigational Lights, Switch Gears, Electrical Panels, HVAC Equipment(AHU, ACCU, PFU, Steam Humidifiers, Electrical Duct Heaters), Lighting Panels, Control Panels, Lighting Poles, Fixtures, Junction Box, Structural Supports, Cable Laying, Tray Installation, Glanding & Termination.
• Instrumentation: Installation of Process & Fire and Gas Instruments such as Flow, Temperature & Level devices, Junction Boxes, Fire and Gas devices (Gas & Flame detectors, Marshalling Cabinets & Instrument Panels, Structural Supports, Cable Laying, Tray Installation, Glanding & Termination.
• Telecom: Installation of Telecom Equipment: CCTV, Telephone, PAGA & PTA systems, Cable Laying, Junction Boxes, Structural Supports, Tray Installation, Glanding & Termination, Telecom Panels.
• Calculating the Voltage drop, Derating Capacity, Short Circuit Calculations for cables Preparing Single Line drawing using Auto CAD/ETAP.
• Receives approved Project drawings, Schedules, studying and preparing work packages.
• Preparing Red Line Mark up for IFC drawings as per site condition and getting approved by Engineering team of Main Contractor and Client.
• Preparation of Method Statements & JSA for activities to be performed.
• Preparation of Materials and tools requirements for construction activity and raising purchase request based on Bill of Materials.
• Monitoring construction work for ensuring proper quality parameters as per IFC drawings and site specifications.
• Preparing Red Line Mark-up Drawings based on site conditions that varies from IFC drawings.
• Raising STQ for technical issues for resolution to client.
• Preparation of Proposal & Estimates for the additional works to be done at site as per client request.
• Attending daily walkthrough with client to discuss regarding site issues and clearing the punch points as per client satisfaction.
• Co-ordinating with Client and other sub-contractors regarding technical interface issues.
• Co-ordinating with QC regarding raising RFI for the work done.
• Preparing Daily work report and Weekly work reports.
• Ensuring isolation devices (LOTO) are in place before commencing work on live Electrical equipment.
Work Pack Preparation:
• Have been executing workpacks for Electrical, Instrument & Telecom Disciplines.
• Co-ordinating with Discipline Leads and Engineer for Scope of work & required Engineering Deliverables for preparation of Workpack.
• Analysing the Deliverables and Material Transfer Order with respect to scope of work.
• Preparation Draft and involving QS in preparation of BOQ.
• Uploading Advanced copy of Workpack for Client Review in Documentum.
• Reviewing the workpack with client and clarifying comments and taking note of punch points in CRS and closing the CRS with Engineering and Client Acceptance.
• Uploading the workpack in documentum for client submission after incorporating all the CRS comments in workpack.
