 Technical Assistant:
o Preparing Tender Submittals (Technical, Commercial and Presentations)
o Receiving and distribute the tender documents (ITB) to Proposal & Estimation Team.
o Types and/or processes text and information such as Correspondences/Letters, Reports, Memoranda,
Course Materials, and may compose routine correspondence.
o Applying Letter of Assistance online.
o Responsible for Online Submission / Bids.
o Typing and formulating Bill of Quantities.
o May distribute work to and/or oversee the workflow of other support staff.
o Assist Contract Documents preparation, Handing over Contract Conditions.
o Attending Suppliers, Consultant, Site Office, Client queries.
o Gathers, compiles, and reports relevant information that will help the Team.
o Preparing Memos, Time Sheet, Proposal & Estimation Monthly & Weekly Reports, Invoices, LPO’s, and
Petty Cash.
 Documents Control:
o Keeping all the Tender Documents (ITB’s), Technical & Commercial Submissions, Contract Documents &
Drawings, Correspondences, Memo’s etc. in Electronic & Hard Copies filing.
o Keeping Log of Incoming & Outgoing documents and Drawings of each project, and keep it up to date.
o Entering/Updating Information to Data Base (update all the information needed of each project in the
System)
 Administrative Supports:
o Acts as information source on established organizational policies and procedures.
o Performs all related job duties as required by Department.
o Assists with required administrative reports.
