Manage the Accounting Process of the company.
Maintaining regular accounts, ledger, and balance sheets.
Recording and Checking of all Accounting Transactions in Peach Tree.
Process monthly payroll including commission computation.
Prepare Delivery Orders and Invoices.
Manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Updating the bank & cash records after issuing of invoices and payment collection.
Preparation of Statement of Account for clients’ payment reference.

Checking of Expense, replenishments and posting all petty cash transactions.

Cars Makati, Inc., Isuzu Automotive Dealership, Inc., Isuzu Cebu, Inc and Iconic Dealership, Inc.
(Volkswagen dealership) - all with various branches.
Process last pay computation of resigned employees.
Process monthly government remittances such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and Withholding tax
on compensation.
Process monthly reconciliation with accounting department.
Process year-end alphalist for BIR purposes.
Prepare yearly-budget.
Responsible in processing accounts payable of the company including local and foreign
transmittal.
Managed semi-monthly payroll.
Handles Accounts Receivable as well as the sales report of the company including collections.
Prepartion of Monthly Financial Report.
Handles Accounts Receivable (including sales collection).
Preparation of the company's Bank Reconciliation.
Checking and encoding Sales Invoice, Delivery Reports, Receiving Receipts and Official Receipts.
Managed daily transaction of the company with the bank (including updates of the company's
bank accounts, encashment, deposits and withdrawals)
Audit monthly payroll, monthly disbursement, monthly sales and accounts receivable of the
company.
Responsible for monthly inventory.
Responsible in preparing and auditing bank reconciliation
