• Manages all incoming correspondence (emails, Faxed and telephone calls), organizing in a systematic way. Determines the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, acting directly on behalf of the RSM as appropriate.
• Manage incoming meetings, appointments from outlook email & calendar.
• Provides good communication with the sales team, guest and etc. in person and telephone.
• Provide Administrative/Sales support for the Sales department/division such as preparing quotation, submittals and other request documents from sales team.
• Coordinating Technical department to provide all the required documents like (Material compliance, Estidama compliance, material safety data sheet, method of statement, VOC/ laboratory test report, etc.)
• Register and Filing all the incoming and outgoing documents like (LPO, quotations, material approvals, especially incoming external files from the client. etc.)
• Manage the entire weekly and monthly tracking & Sales report from Sales Department and forwarding to direct line Manager.
• Maintain and update all the outgoing quotation and submittals in our Oracle (CRM) system.
• In charge to all required stationary and office equipment.

• Coordination with documents control department for submittal of drawings.
• Placing orders and maintenance of office supplies.
