Plan, monitor, assess resources, direct and act to ensure adherence to the Construction
program in order to complete the project within the contract period and study Job
Specification to determine appropriate construction methods in line with project schedules
and budget.
Ensure proper construction planning, Construction schedule reviews and construction
coordination to prevent problems on site before they occur.
Coordinate design deliverables to Site Sub-Contractor and determine, monitor work methods
and performance of Subcontractor’s work to ensure compliance with their obligations.
Plans, organizes, assigns the work and reviews, evaluates the performance of assigned
staff.
Monitor all kinds of construction activities, identifying problems, recommend improvement,
modification, take immediate corrective action if required and prepare various progress
reports.
Manage terms and deliverables for both the prime contract and subcontracts in order to
protect the Company’s risks, contractual obligations and Read, interpret, apply and explain
codes, regulation, procedures, materials data sheet and authorities requirements to all
construction team.
Provide input to cost control in conjunction with the Commercial, Production, Planning
Departments and Project Director / Manager in order to manage project cost and risk.
Regularly review and monitor HSE concerns on site in order to ensure a safe working
environment, in line with the management systems manuals and project management plan
and ensure adherence to Company HSE policies, procedures and government regulations.
Coordinate with the Engineering Department in order to get the latest approved materials,
shop drawings to prevent any discrepancies or conflict and recognize discrepancies from as
built to contract specification to recommend reconciliation of any discrepancies.

Provide leadership to project execution teams and give technical assistance to the
Construction Manager in planning, implementing, coordinating and monitoring construction
activities with the objective of ensuring timely completion of activities.
Sharing the responsibility for the construction of the Link Bridge structure which is
connecting 2 major towers (The Hotel & The Residential) and scope of works includes
structural steel elements, pre-cast concrete elements and cast in-situ/ post tension slab
concrete. Responsible for aluminium cladding, stone cladding and lift works in residential
tower. Coordination with subcontractors and stone supplier such as Stone and Slates, Alum
co, Arabian marble, and the lift subcontractor.

Responsible for structural works in villas and apartments. The work included cast in situ
slabs, Aluma Table form used for the slab decking.
Responsible for the steel structure works on the domes.
Responsible to coordinate with the MEP subcontractor for his requirements inside the
apartment building.
Responsible for the swimming pool subcontractor (absolute pools).
Civil and Structural

Supervision of all civil works of Alshadadi transform substations 220/ 66 kv (foundations of
and the building of substation) and coordinate the work with the electrical engineer.
Supervision of additional civil works in Abu Raseen Substation in Kamishli City, Syria.
Supervision of civil works of high voltage project 66 kv between Alshadadi substation and Al
Hasaka Substation.(local main contractor)
Supervising constructing roads to substations new locations in order to provide permanent
access for future use.
Designs various G+1buildings and warehouses of the establishment.
In charge of design and construct transformer rooms.
