• Maintenance of all Desktop and Laptop Computers.
Installation and Setup of new email workstation.

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Monitoring of the status of the entire clients request for quotation and pushing the purchasing department for immediate result.

• Preparation of all POS touchscreen machines includes installation of OPOS software, anti-virus, remote installation software, iseries software (JDA), office communicator, naming convention, configuration of ODBCAD database and connecting to the domain server.
• Installation and setup of POS machines at branch hypermarket, supermarket and corner markets, including the configuration of HHS scanner, 3D scanner, thermal printer, secondary monitor and configuring database linking to the server.
• Preparation and setup of all back office pc, customer service pc, kiosk machines, manager pc, storekeeper pc, operator pc, installation of barcode printer, LaserJet printer, scanner, and bizerba scale.
• Annual inventory of all desktop computers, laptop, POS machines and all computer peripherals.
• Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers. scanners and related hardware; pulls cables and rewires or directs the rewiring cables as required for new installations and office reconfiguration.
• Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections when required.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
• Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages; may modify specific applications for use in operational departments;
• Makes hardware and software acquisition recommendations including helping users assess needs and providing justification for equipment and services.
• Maintenance and repair of all POS terminals.
• Coordinate with all the Store Managers for the proper handling and using of the entire POS machine.
• Performs other related works as may be assigned from time to time.
Passed the A+ certification both OS (Operating system) and Core (hardware).
Passed the Microsoft Certified Professional online examination.
