Managing all scaffolding operation in the project. Ensure all scaffolding operations and materials are in compliance with BS standard (BS EN 12811-1) and or equivalent to international standard as per client requirements and satisfaction. In addition, I am responsible for Estimation, Costing & Planning of works to all available work fronts and as per look ahead schedule of the project., Assist to HR on interview and assessment of scaffolding work force during hiring and selection.
: Managing and responsible of equipment requirements and maintenance in Cemex project based on the histogram and actual budget responsible for interview and assessment of drivers and operators for recruitment of work force.
: Manage the support services in the project to maintain the safety requirements and to feed the project operations and maintenance.
: Responsible for preparation and developing the procedure, method statement and job hazard analysis for scaffolding and equipment operations and their usage. Sketch of scaffolding plan drawing and design for standard compliance.
Managing all scaffolding works in AG&P’s projects that includes planning, estimates assess all scaffolding operation (Work force and materials) in the Philippines. Also responsible for the interview and selection of scaffolding crew for recruitment, scaffolding training and assessment. Managing the total construction of Insulation and Painting work at OSBL, JG Summit Expansion Project.
: Ensure that all scaffolding activities are plan as per the look-ahead schedule and ensure the proper distribution of work force and materials on time. Engage in planning of operations, estimation of Scaffolding materials and workers operating required in the each project. Ensure all scaffold complies with BS standard and or equivalent international standard as per client requirements. In addition, I am responsible for management and operation of scaffolding in other projects (i.e. Estimation, Planning of materials and work force, Preparation and developing procedure and MS/JHA on every work requirements. Assist to HR during hiring and selection of work force during for scaffolding, insulation and painting.
