 Human Resources
• In charge of Human Resources department by administering employees benefits programs.
• Responsible for recruitment process for a newly hire employee
• Reviewing resumes and applications sent in by job applicants.

• Dealing with staff disciplinary, grievance and absence issues.
• Arranging medical examinations documents for new starters & arranging all Daman Health Insurance.
• Providing comprehensive advice on all HR issues.

 Administration Secretary

• Report directly to the management Project Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager
• Handles all files in Hr/administration department, Purchase of office supplies & office maintenance.
• Handles purchasing in marketing department, Headhunt for the Suppliers/Vendor for the product quotation price needed
• Keep tracking all the record of Vendor list from Domestic/International
• Arrange all incoming Tenders documents and forwarded to Marketing Heads & Department
• Assist accounting dept in preparing Debit invoice, LPO, Delivery note & making Quotation
• In charge for MOM, booking flights of all staff, sending e-mails, memos.
• Assigned as the MR (Management Representative ) for the ISO
• Arranging all documents from A-Z, controls all the documents for ins-out at the office

Responsibilities:
➢ HR Coordinator

• Responsible in handling the recruitment needs of the company. Includes sourcing out of candidates, interviewing and recommending to the management for possible employment
• Issuing of Job Offers and Employment contracts. Close coordination with the PRO regarding visa processing of the newly hired employee.

• Screens CVs (from Monster gulf, Jobsabudhabi, Linked In, Gulftalent and Gulf News ad respondents)
• Head hunt of candidate for client requirement.

➢ Administrator Secretary

• Functions as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of company, in term of keeping all confidential documents of the company.
• Responsible for trucking and keeping the HR documents of all employees and company documents for any renewal.
• Being in-charge of the Purchasing in suppliers, office maintenance, prepares invoices and other office related issues.
• In charge of making MOM, appointment for clients meeting of MD, scheduling of flight & travel booking,
Scan & printing documents, sending E-mails and memos and all related duties in administration.
