Duties and Responsibilities: under Binladin Contracting Group and Saudi Binladin Group - Dubai
a) Responsible in conducting internal inspection of all completed electrical works prior to preparing of RFI.
b) Carry-out Request for Inspection (RFI) for consultant/client approval.
c) Carry-out Material Inspection Request (MIR) for all delivered materials or equipment.
d) Attend QA/QC, Technical and Coordination meetings.
e) Responsible in preparing Method Statement.
f) Responsible in checking all delivered materials and equipment’s prior to submission of MIR
g) Identify Non-Conformances and take preventive and corrective actions.
h) Responsible in closing all snags list coming from consultant and client.
i) Participate in preparation and implement quality assurance and safety plans.
j) Responsible in testing and commissioning planning and completion.
k) Responsible in implementation of electrical works as per approved plans, shop drawings and specifications.
l) Responsible in ordering of materials needed at site.
m) Prepare quantity take off/estimate of materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:
a) Responsible in preparation of bid documents.
b) Responsible in attending clarificatory meetings with bidders and evaluation of bids.
c) Responsible in issuance of Field Instruction, Action Memo and Non-Conformance Notice
d) Supervise, check and inspect workmanship of electrical contractor if conforms with approved plans and specifications.
e) Responsible in assuring that the project completion will be as per agreed schedule.
f) Direct access and coordination with Consultant and Owner’s Representative.
g) Attend management, technical and coordination meetings with contractors, consultant and owner/client.
h) Evaluates billings and change orders.
i) Prepares technical letters and correspondence.
