As an eCommerce Manager, my primary duty is to drive online strategy and help create/identify growth opportunities. Building new revenue streams, increase website and mobile app traffic and sales, as well as ensuring a seamless customer purchase journey from registration to check out and develop high customer loyalty in the company.
Responsible for driving engagement and conversion through digital programs and channels. Duties will include planning, budgeting and executing digital marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media and display advertising.
• Management of SEO, SEM, Social Media and other Digital marketing related matters
• Ensuring among others an appropriate design, programming, debugging and testing of the organization's online-based activities
• Supervision of the online content production team and customer service department
• Lead the team in the development of online marketing campaigns
• Analysis of the e-commerce related performance, implementation and monitoring of KPI.
• Monitoring and evaluation of users' behaviour to derive suggestions for improvements
As the overall lead in SEO, I'm responsible for coordinating and implementing search engine marketing programs in Xcite.com (Kuwait and in Saudi Arabia).
Key Management Areas of Responsibility
• Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with SEO strategy.
• Manage and execute the implementation of SEO strategy.
• Communication to Xcite.com team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results.
• Collaborate with the company's strategy and goal definition for success.
• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development.
• Contribution to the company blog and at least one social media community.
Lead in the creation, implementation, and measurement of communications strategies using research into consumer search and digital behaviors for website content effectivity. Determine best strategies to reach consumers using digital research and analysis tools, and accurately measure the digital impact of communication strategies.
Responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing programs to increase customer engagement on the web and mobile apps. Experienced in SEO, social media content management, and capable of running and managing online advertising campaigns on a daily basis.
Responsible developing the voice for all aspects of the organization’s online presence. • Create, develop and manage content for organization’s web presence (requires working with content management software)
• Coordinate web projects across departments
• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties
• Working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties
• Copyedit and proofread all web content
• Oversee freelancers, including writers, copyeditors and community outreach organizers
• Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events
• Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
• Track and report on all site metrics
• Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors
E-Commerce Web Content Administrator
•Assigned in Handling, Archiving, Entry of Data in each of the assign stores, particularly in electronics category.
•Maintain the inventory of every stores (20+ stores), determining the live items, sold out items.
