• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over
the phone)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Managing Wireless Network Controllers and APs.
• Maintaining the PABX
• Monitoring and Managing the Network Switches, Routers, Gateways and
Firewalls.
• Responds and resolves all assigned calls within prescribed SLA. Manages own
workload; diagnoses and fixes the issues of end user systems related to:
- Operating Systems
- Internet Browsers (i.e. Explorer)
- MS Office & MS products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook etc.)
- Local Area Network connectivity
- Wireless connectivity
- Printing issues
- Software Installation
- PC relocation and minor changes
- Peripheral device connectivity or device driver
• Testing new technology
• Troubleshooting / diagnosing technical issues.
• Handles HIS and PACS
• Creating graphic designs and video editing for Marketing Campaign.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over
the phone)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

workload; diagnoses and fixes the issues of end user systems related to:
- Operating Systems

• In-charge of investigating, diagnosing and fixing network problems.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Overseeing the installation of hardware and software including printers, PC’s
and OS’s
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over
the phone)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Troubleshooting / diagnosing technical issues.
