Responsible for managing the F&B social media and online interactions with customers through social media. Overseeing the social media strategy for the brands to ensure it aligns with the company’s marketing objectives, brand identity and guidelines.
Oversees social media account management for different brands: Dune London, Aeropostale, Jamie Oliver’s Pizzeria, Jamie’s Italian, Molten Chocolate Cafe, Sbarro, Cold Stone Creamery, Sumo Sushi Bento Qatar, Rituals Cosmetics, and Hush Puppies. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts. Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly company goals. Audits and analyses social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns. Analyses social media campaigns to gather visitor data and determine efficiency and areas for social media campaign improvement. Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
Study current trends and predict styles for upcoming seasons by attending trade shows and market research abroad. Understand and act upon information on competitors' strength, weaknesses and opportunities by conducting local market research every month end. Monitor best selling styles to further develop design strategies. Design bags, wallets, and accessories for mens, ladies and kids using computer-aided design programs. Select and specify materials, embellishments, colors, or style for each product developed in-house. Oversee the production of designs by working closely with the buyers and suppliers in China, India, and Turkey. Assist buyer in range building, buying, and costing of new merchandise.
Handle graphic designing for signage, flyers, marketing print materials, promotional activities or products and new products design, packaging design etc. Develop and implement promotional, advertising and branding materials to position the company and its projects effectively. Liaise with operations, retail and marketing department closely on projects assigned.
Perform advanced (senior-level) graphics design and consultation work under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Work closely with the Account Director to establish and maintain executive level clients and strategic partner relationships. Demonstrate working knowledge of each area of agency's resources in to evaluate recommendations before presenting to the client. Produce and develop creative ideas and concepts to communicate messages for clients.
Design graphics, posters and advertising materials for musical productions. Facilitate in annual summer acting workshops, teach children 4-9 years of age the different facets of theater and co-direct a musical production at the end of the workshop. Appear in numerous musical productions as set designer, performing artist, and stage crew.
