Key Responsibilities:
* Spearheaded the activities of the projects and design departments from design, tenders, documentation, exécution, projets
pré qualification etc.
* Ensured that the project is well within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards
of quality.
* Reviewed all technical and commercial bids, provided a detailed report of analysis, and met the bid opening committee to
provide justification and recommendations on the most qualified and competent contractor(s) for whom the contract is to

* Prepared B O Q, invited quotation from sub-contractors, finalized sub-contractors, prepared cost sheet and all designing
related work.
* Followed-up during the sales-cycle and supported the sales team to translate client requirements into real projects.
