Key Responsibilities:
* Spearheaded the activities of the projects and design departments from design, tenders, documentation, exécution, projets
pré qualification etc.
* Ensured that the project is well within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards
of quality.
* Reviewed all technical and commercial bids, provided a detailed report of analysis, and met the bid opening committee to
provide justification and recommendations on the most qualified and competent contractor(s) for whom the contract is to
be awarded.
* Maintained and fostered contacts with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and material suppliers and site team.

* Conducted technical meeting with Main contracts and nominated sub-contractors and provided solutions to
design/construction issues.
• Monitored the work progress on weekly basis along with site team and responded to RFIs raised by the contractors.
* Reviewed the technical submittals, material approvals and design layout drawings in coordination with schematics &
details.
* Actively involved in the selection of FF & E package, outdoor furniture, Fabric for loose furniture, Curtains etc.
* Cross checked the Ironmongery (Hardware) and door Schedule, in line with operator requirement and according to DTCM
& Fire and life safety department.
* Monitored the quality of the interior fit-out works in accordance with specifications and finishing requirements.

* Led a team of designers in the preparation of interior design concept proposals, preliminary design submittals, and detailed
design submittals and handled production of concept sketches and design drawings.

* Coordinated with client for material selection and approval and conducted interior design proposal presentation to Clients
and maintained client contact to seek or provide technical information.

* Monitored activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with contract documents and specifications.
* Conducted design & technical workshop meetings with the Design Consultants to solve the problematic interior design
issues
* Prepared B O Q, invited quotation from sub-contractors, finalized sub-contractors, prepared cost sheet and all designing
related work.
* Followed-up during the sales-cycle and supported the sales team to translate client requirements into real projects.
