 Assessing Special Needs Children’s Present Level of Performance using standardized assessment tools.
 Developing a detailed I.E.P. with achievable annual goals.
 Discussing the I.E.P. with the parent before implementation
 Overseeing the implementation of the I.E.P in collaboration with assistant teacher and other staff
 Adapting and modifying learning materials, content and teaching styles to suit the learners’ special educational needs.
 Structuring co-curricular activities such as sports and music to suit learners’ with special needs.
