Over 3400 Prepared Cost Summary Sheet (CSS) based from IFC
drawing both civil structures and isometric pipeline submitted to the
Client.
Update weekly progress to mile marker.
Prepare detailed shop drawing for civil structural, under-structure and
super structure including architectural drawings.
Tract all change order request as they relate to cost control and
project schedule.
Ensure that all drawings are in line with other discipline design
drawings for the project prior to material take off and proceeding
with actual implementation.
Monitoring of actual quantities and compared to the design quantities.
Site Inspection prior to prepare monthly Invoice.
Direct reporting to Planning Manager
Quantity take off all materials based from IFC drawing for civil
structures.
Prepare detailed shop drawing for civil structural, under-structure and
super structure including architectural drawings.
Tract all change order request as they relate to cost control and
project schedule.
Ensure that all drawings are in line with other discipline design
drawings for the project prior to material take off and proceeding with
actual implementation
Assist Senior Planning Engineer for planning and schedules, method
statement and shop drawing attachment.
Interface with PMC and main contractor project control engineers.
Responsible for all project construction needed. Update drawing
control and monitor incoming and outgoing drawings including
revisions and change order.
Direct reporting to Planning Manager
Planning and organizing the work efficiently in order to meet the
target line.
Inspect all structural and architectural works to maintain the quality
prior for inspection of QA/QC team.
Quantify actual design for concrete prior to order and arrange all
necessary equipment and coordinate with other discipline prior for
concreting.
Supervision of site erection of precast panel and see to it that the area
for erection is clear and safe.
Interface with different disciplines to discuss and resolve matters such
as work procedures, complaints and construction procedures.
Weekly meeting with the client regarding the actual situation and
problems and make possible solutions to improve the implementation.
Be sure that the area is safe for working of the workers.
Monitoring progress of work against Construction program to ensure
that that progress is in accordance to the projected construction
program.
Inspect all structural and architectural works to maintain the quality
prior for inspection of QA/QC team.
Prepare Daily, Weekly and monthly progress.
Inspection of material delivery whether it is the same with the
specification.
Checking and understanding plans and technical drawings.
Direct reporting to the Construction Manager.
Construction of Buildings and Civil Works.
Prepare quantity survey for purchasing materials that will be used in
the site such as sub-base course used for paving.
Planning and organizing the work efficiently in order to meet the
target deadline.
Ensure that the drawings are in latest revision for construction prior
for implementation in site.
Monitor progress of work against Construction program to ensure that
that progress is in accordance to the projected construction program.
Ensure establish permanent working point are accurate.
Prepares daily accomplishment report and quality control documents
required by customer.
Check for the legibility, accuracy and completeness of documents that
will be complied into the quality records.
Inspect all structural and architectural works to maintain the quality
prior to inspect the QA/QC team.
