Studying all banks’ investments related to construction to meet the market demands.Examine the financing schemes for the proposed alternatives where we program the Project with respect to thetiming for its Completion and for available cash flows.
Reviewing Architectural design, presentation, full coordination with the consultant and contractor during studies, and on site
Projects Coordination & following up the work on sites
Control overall progress of the projects.Meeting of milestones and deliverables.Reporting of progress meetings and Technical meetings.Supervise the quality, quantity, and time schedule for the projects.negotiate and conclude best deals with external parties on technical projects as authorized by Bank Management.
review and evaluate tenders and bids. Assist and advise management in selecting the most favorable and cost-effective bids considering quality, price, durability and technical viability.
To administer and review all maintenance and construction contracts for the Head Quarter and Branches.
Refurbishing all branches of the bank (26 branches)
New build branches (7 branches) each branch is 900 m2.

designing and supervising all civil projects of engineering department
