 Reports directly to the Project Manager on matters dealing with everyday
completion, site rectification, proposal and accomplishment
 Responsible for making decisions requiring technical discretion, sound
judgment and construction methods or problems.
 Review QC documents for compliance with the Quality Control Plan and
ensure job executed with compliance of quality as per approved
submittals.
 Plan for the resources and manpower required to execute the jobs scope.
 Monitor the delivery of materials, availability on site and quality of
materials.
 Full coordination with the project site assigned within Client and
Subcontractors.
 Prepare material planning to be used in newly assigned projects.
 Directly supervise operation to skilled workers for immediate works as
require on site
 Carry out inspection of structural works prior to concerting works
(Structural, precast slab).
 Project preparation which involves preparation of site investigation
reports.
 Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
 Prepare method of statement, Risk assessment & required safety
documentation.
 Attend weekly meeting report; prepare daily accomplishment and
progress report.
 Review the drawing provided for construction and check for suit at site.
 Check materails are according to approved material list approved by the
consultants.
 Ensure the works are carried out according to approved method of
statements.
 Liaising with Consultants and HDB regarding the site issues and resolving
it.
 Check and ensure that defects identified are satisfactorily rectified by
the contractors.
 Documentise the completed job and get it acknowledged by the
consultants.
