An increase of 90% sales turnover was achieved in the Technical Division for the year ended on 30 September 2002. Sales crossed 5 times more than the figures while took charge in May 2002 during the financial year ended on 30 September 2003. During this period I had undergone training in the Videotronic Company in Germany and participated in several international seminars, exhibitions in the LV and security field.

Project: Renovation of Old Sief Palace Project
Design review, Integration, Existing utility survey, assessment and coordination with related Services, Fire Department and Contractors. Site supervision, coordination, Schedule preparation, monitoring and issue of payment certificates to sub contractors including 2-year maintenance follow up.

Project: Turnkey project in SMATV, Audio Video System and public address system, VHF and UHF communication systems, Simultaneous translation system etc.

Projects: Al Sabah Hospital Central Plant and Central Laundry Project. Final installation, testing, commissioning including 2 year operations and maintenance.
Received training on site by the specialist equipment team from UK and assigned the responsibility in Commissioning the Central Plant. Continued the Operation and Maintenance of Electrical systems, Central Laundry equipment, Boilers, Pneumatic controlled Linen Folding and Linen Pressing machines, Air compressors etc.
During this period I was responsible to carry out renovation of Laundry equipments in all the MPH Hospitals in Kuwait.

The numerous projects we mange is the design of Colleges for Electricity and water Training Institutes (EWTI), Theatre, Library building, College of Technology, Civil Defense Shelters, Chemical College, Solar PV System, Master Planning and design of PAAET Campus in Al Jahra.

The project consists of three Central Utility Plants (CUPs), 7.3 km Utility Tunnel, 17 Colleges, Academic facilities consisting 55 buildings, Administration facilities, parking facilities and housing complex in the current phase. There are six Colleges and Medical Campus in the second phase.
The project is owned by Kuwait University and managed by Turner Projacs.
Scope of works:
•Electrical design including Data/ Telecom, Audio Visual, Smart Learning System, Security systems, Fire alarm and other ELV systems- Design Review and Construction Management.
•Coordination with MEP systems, Architectural, finishes and landscape.
•Follow up with the Consultant and End User.
•Participated in the evaluation of Tender and contractor pre-qualification.
Renovation of Sheraton Hotel after the Iraqi invasion. Works included the electrical, security and mechanical services, central chiller, boiler plant, etc.
Design Review, Coordination and supervision of all electrical and mechanical works including supervision of direct staff consists of technicians and labors hired by the Owner to speed up the construction. The activities included demolition of existing utilities, MEP site works, site cleaning and outstanding snags.

with Turner Projacs were the design management of design and construction of Sabah Al Salem University Project with a value of KD2.6 billion, Renovation of Kuwait Sheraton, Design-Build contract for the Old Sief Palace and completion of Amiri Diwan Project. During the last two years of the Amiri Diwan Project, I had the privilege to represent Turner in assisting the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) to complete the contract close out of 26 contractors and handed over of the project to end user.
