 Yoghurt business rationalization: Worked in close cooperation with the plant manager, the sales and the marketing people in order to discontinue yogurt codes that did not contribute to the company’s bottom line and had no major effect in the company’s product line and customers’ perception.
 Overhead Expense rationalization: Member of a team so called “Skroutz team” exploring potential savings in all parts of the organization.
 Incorporate Campina in SAP after the merger: Set up the new requirements in order to incorporate the acquired company into SAP (new product set up, new P&L and BS)
 Development of a new MIS report: Explored the capabilities of SAP and worked as part of a team on the development of a new MIS report to provide the organization with on time, accurate and more intelligent information for proactive decision making purposes.
 M&As: Responsible for exploring synergies (distribution network, product range improvement, customer trade terms and discounts, supplier trade terms etc.) in potential mergers and acquisitions.
 SAP Global Harmonization (Summit): Member of a team to harmonize SAP throughout all the operating companies of FrieslandCampina. Target to create a uniform SAP for all Operating companies.
 ICF (Internal Control Framework) Implementation: Part of a team to set up the ICF in FrieslandCampina Hellas, creating the controls, setting up assessment procedures and assessors.

 Batch size vs. Service Level: Contribute to the creation of the optimum production batch size per product that would provide a more efficient production process and at the same time cover the customers’ needs in the most effective way.
 Recipe Standardization: Product standard recipe adjustments to minimize recipe effects (standard vs. actual)
