• Follow up on all shipments from the country of origin till the arrival to the company.
• Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships

• Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased.
• Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages, and insurance.
F&B Company owns Crepaway Restaurants (Batroun / Jbeil) and Jar Al Amar Lebanese restaurant (Batroun)
• Executively managed the company’s purchase and the Inventory Control as Purchase Manager.
• Controlled stock operations, and statements of bank accounts; Compiled and customized reports.
• Managed the opening of Crepaway® restaurant in Byblos and Batroun Branches, supervising, purchase orders, suppliers, and cash flow.
