Electrical wiring SLD, wiring Installation of DEEP SEA module Panels 6110, 6020, 7320, 8610, RS485
•Generator set’s Alternators winding conversions 3phase to single phase vice versa. 415volts, 230volts
•Panel wiring for analog type (12kva to 100kva )
•Coupling Perkins engine and alternators (Meccalte, Leroy- Somer, Stamford and Voltas Alternators )
•Commissioning of ATYS panel (SOCOMEC).
•Load testing and commissioning of Perkins Generator set’s (9kva -1850vka )
•Programming of deep-sea controllers.
•Modification of breakers enclosure and control panels.
•Wiring for power looms ac and dc looms for each generator set’s
•Making Synchronizing panels as per customer requirement
•AC DC power loom Installation including sensor Installation Murphy or vdo Fixing Electrical panel and breaker mccb or mcb and motorized breaker's
• Assemble panel wirings relay box, ECM loom connector battery cables etc.
•Ensure all bolts are torque properly with bolt marks to ensure it’s tightening with regards to size and KVA capacity.
•Fixing radiator assembly and piping including belts, radiator guard, hoses, clamps, brackets, ivm, crossbeam, fuel hoses, coolant drain and oil drain 1206 to 4000 series.
•Power cable Installation in the main alternator depends on the positioning of the bus bar and rated voltage for 230 or 415v using standard cables sizing with regards to voltage out put
•Current transformer Installation depends on KVA of the main alternator
• Installation of option for Generator set battery charger, pre heat, anti condensation heater, jacket heater, winding temperature, voltage potentiometer, exhaust gas temp, ammeter annalog, installation of permanent magnet Generator PMG, volt free contact for bms and fire alarm, motorized breaker, option depends on the commissioning request etc.
•Power cable installation for 20ft and 40ft container type Generator housing, dc and ac wiring Installation for electrical lights and convenience outlet breakers and emergency lights, installation of cable trays and raceways.
• Tower lights assembly and Installation and basic trouble shooting
•Commissioning and load testing, sound test, vibration test, back pressure test, with load range 0 to 110% testing.
•Convert 3phase to single phase, alternator dismantle and re insulation, perform exciter and avr trouble shooting and main alternator Megger testing.

EQUIPMENT THAT CAN BE OPERATED IN THE MANUFACTURING

•5 Tons overhead crane and 3 Tons swing type crane
•Hydraulic crimping tools for fuel pipe, coolant drain pipe, and oil drain pipe, water jacket heater pipe.
•Electric Drill heavy duty type and portable battery drills
•Hydraulic crimping tools for cable lugs to 300mm to smaller range of cables.
•Hydraulic puncher for cable entry.
•Hydraulic cutting bus bar machine
•Battery operated lifting pallet for lifting heavy loads of engine and alternator etc…
•Air Compressor for bolt tightening in the generator line conveyor.
•Air ratchet gun, air impact tools, air cleaning pipe.
