Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees

Coordinate with both internal teams, agencies and third-party vendors on work related to the production and post production infrastructure.


Managing video production efforts for on-time delivery
Oversee and approve production and post-production budgets, and schedules
Working with directors and video editors to optimize editorial processes
Leading the video production and post-production group’s efforts regarding shared network resources, workstation standards, software updates, archiving and storage
Maintaining technical standards across the video department, continuously audit industry best-practices and optimize often
Oversee and develop of indoor and outdoor Video journalists
Developing, distributing and updating documentation relating to post-production workflow and process
Overseeing the post-production archive and content library
Identify problem areas quickly and pose creative solutions
Ensure legal clearances and platform standards are upheld
Quality Control for all final assets
Occasionally managing on-site event production in the form of technical guidance

The course which is taught at both N.D.U Zouk and North Campus (Barsa, since spring 2016) introduces students to the different newsroom responsibilities including preparing newscasts and expanding their skills in newsroom management. Also teaches a graduate course for Master students ( since Spring 2017) named " Newsroom Management"

Upon successful completion of the courses, the students are able to accomplish the following:

- Prepare news material for TV, radio, news bulletins
- Understand the differences and similarities within each mode of news delivery.
- Work in a newsroom as part of an editorial team while understanding the functions of all team members.
- Prepare news packages that are ethically and professionally correct and have a sound editorial judgment.
- Present, deliver and Construct a basic news bulletin.
- Understand the importance of video and image techniques while creating a news package.

Assist the ambassador in Media related issues
Manage and run the press coverage related to the Embassy's events
Schedule and set up media interviews for the ambassador

As a Deputy Editor in chief I play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing that the teams and reporters in the field deliver the necessary output for television In addition to coordinating the live coverage and news bulletin preparation.

Whereas as a Senior Reporter I am responsible for producing broadcast packages and providing engaging lives . In addition to generating news-making content for MTV's website and other digital platforms. Focusing on news stories and covering both breaking and pre-planned news across Lebanon with occasional Travel.

As a Deputy News Editor I play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the newsdesk and newsgathering functions. Responsible for making sure all the teams and reporters in the bureaux and in the field deliver the necessary output for television and online

Hosted two prime time shows : Political and social

Worked on special event shows and coverage

Reported stories.

Covered a range of areas (from news to education) in print, online, and broadcast media.

•Repeatedly singled out as one of the most creative reporters and productive story contributors among reporting staff by CEO of MTV. Rarely failed to meet a deadline.

•Earned repeated reviews by critics at the daily Annahar ( www.annahar.com) over the last two years, highlighting the quality and importance of the reports produced.

•Earned a Bonus for a breakthrough investigative report on the Syrian Lebanese borders in summer 2010.

•Provided complete, accurate and compelling coverage of both anticipated and spontaneous news for print and online media.

Hosted two Shows by the names of : "Saadat Al Nakheb" and " Lana wa Lakum"

Was chosen among a group of elite individuals to occupy the seat of Youth shadow minister of Tourism, a structure which the Late C.E.O of annahar designed and it was passed on as a bill by the Lebanese cabinet on the 15-12-2005 .

Wrote invesitgative stories and covered political events.

Participated actively in the editorial decisions.
