As a Head of Group Cards, Accounts and Bancassurance I :
a) Launched the HCE Mobile Payment (Byblos Pay) first of its kind in Lebanon and Second in MENA region .
b) Launched the wedding payment list through MPGS first of its kind in MENA .
c)Developed the acquistion platform of Customers on the bank's electronic channels in addition to the E-KYC update in a 6 months time frame and at zero cost .
d)Implemented the Instant Issuance for debit Cards and credit Cards at 89 branches within a time of 3 months which increased the equipment rate of customers to reach 92% for
debit and 78% for credit cards`, in addition to total usage of cards by 23% CAGR .
e) Introduced new types of deposit accounts targeting small depositors to reduce cost of funds which Increased the portfolio of investments plans in Bancassurance by 20% and led to a better positioning of the insurance company in Life
section ranking .
The thesis was about digital transformation and the grade obtained was 16 over 20.
