Write up Scope of Work for design changes, equipment rerating, procurement, and execution scope.

Study P&IDs, Isometric drawings and project specifications, and Responsible to find out any deviation before construction phase.

Surveying site conditions and preparing shop drawings for the mechanical equipment arrangement and piping layout (Residual Pumps, Backwash Pumps, Alum Pumps, …)
Responsible for Providing Submittals, shop drawings, pipe’s supports calculations and similar installations to the Project Consultant and follow it up till the final approval.
Prepare method statements to replace / install Pumps and mechanical equipments (Vertical & Horizontal rotating pumps) in existing buildings without plant shutdown, including constant time schedules.
Check received materials and assuring that it is comply with Project’s specifications.
Full Site Administration and assign tasks to site workers to meet the time schedule with high quality performance.
Full responsibility of Chemical Feeding Pumps System (shop drawings, take off, Installation, Commissioning, operation and maintenance) and prepare required material for preventive maintenance.
Follow up and negotiate with instrumentation engineers for the required modifications in PLC Programs to get best performance for the automatic dosing and operation.
Responsible of punch list closure and over all check for installed equipments.
Coordinate between Civil and Electromechanical Departments, and following up work performed by Sub-Contractors.
Visit project’s sites and provide different proposals for buildings façades maintenance systems after studying project’s drawings.
Discuss with consultants - for the large scale projects (such as Bibliotheca of Alexandria, smart Village, American University, German Embassy, …) - the proposed solutions and recommend the most suitable.
Design in details the approved proposal and prepare the drawings sheet for machining.
Design Special mechanisms for industrial needs (Such as power steering, scissor lifts, self drive scissor, mono rail carriage …) and get the consultant approval.
Design and select required steel sections for different products according to variable loads.
Performing the mechanical loads and design by computer programs.
Design of goods lifts including motor capacity calculations, wire rope selection and velocity calculations under various loads.
Developing the Design of articular and telescopic lifts and improve its stability.
Design & develop hydraulic circuits of company products to get best performance.
Responsible to get the registration for different designs in the “Egyptian Authority for Designs Development”.
