Job Role: Acting as / Mechanical Construction Manager for the Power House Package.
o Managing the site activities of the Powerhouse, including 9 Francis turbines, generators, and all related balance of plant systems and utilities.
o Leading a team of over 500 members from 5 different countries for the self-execution scope.
o Managing package subcontractors and overseeing budget issues.
o Managing communications with the relevant key stakeholders (client, consultant, and/or owner).
o Facilitating effective communication with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, and owners.
o Facilitating and coordinating communication internally and externally among all project teams and disciplines.
2- Work Duration: December 2021 - September 2022.
Job Role: Lead Construction Engineer - Mechanical.
o Managing the site activities for the self-execution scope of the Powerhouse and leading its related teams.
Project Name: Assiut Supercritical Power Station 1X650 MW, Project

Project Brief: Main Contractor for CP-118 (Mechanical Equipment / Pipe Installation) Package, EEPSP is the first Egyptian contractor awarded CP-118 Package
1- Work Duration: March 2020 - December 2021.
Job Role: Acting as Deputy Construction Manager
o Directing and overseeing all mechanical site activities and subcontractor works throughout the various project phases, including construction, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handing over.
o Monitoring and addressing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) issues on-site, as well as ensuring adherence to quality standards
o Taking charge of pre-commissioning activities and providing assistance during the commissioning process
o Managing the seamless handover of systems to the client
o Facilitating effective communication with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, and owners
2- Work Duration: June 2018 - March 2021.
Job Role: Senior Construction Engineer - Mechanical
o Taking charge of subcontractor activities specifically related to the BOP (Balance of Plant) piping systems.

Job Role: Senior Construction Engineer - Mechanical for Heat Recovery Steam Generator 42 (HRSG)
o Leading a multicultural team of about 200 members from more than 3 different countries
o Managing Self-Execution Construction Activities related to the piping systems.
o Supervising Daily Activities: through guidance and direction to the team members involved in the construction activities for the piping systems, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
o Planning Upfront Activities, creating detailed plans, coordinating resources, and setting clear objectives and timelines for the team.
Project Name: SIBA Field Development Project,
Project Location: Basra, Iraq.
Client: Kuwait Energy Iraq limited (KEIL)
Project Brief: The Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) contract with $185-million to build a central processing facility (CPF) at the SIBA gas field development with a capacity of 110 million cubic feet a day to treat the production fluids and raw water to produce dry gas. And also include gas-gathering units from the well-sites, raw water in-take station
Work Duration: February 2016 - June 2017
Job Role: Senior Mechanical Engineer at the Plant scope
o Maintaining effective communication channels with key stakeholders such as clients, consultants, and owners, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
o Taking charge of the technical recruitment process for technicians from Egypt to join the project in Iraq. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating qualifications, and facilitating the onboarding process.
o Ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards by preparing and reviewing comprehensive work packages, procedures, and method statements for mechanical construction activities.
o Overseeing the fabrication and installation process of Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) piping. This involves witnessing inspections, verifying compliance with specifications, and ensuring proper execution.
o Taking responsibility for the preparation of the assembly procedure for the thermal oxidizer flare, which includes planning and documenting the step-by-step process for the installation of this specific component. The procedure accounts for its substantial length (over 60 meters) and weight (650 tons).

Job Role: Area Construction Manager for Upstream Pipelines
o Ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards by preparing and reviewing comprehensive work packages, procedures, and method statements for mechanical construction activities.
o Reviewing received drawings and identifying obstacles such as material shortages, routing issues, clashes, or mismatches. Proposing redesign solutions to address these challenges and ensure smooth construction progress.
o Develop comprehensive plans for site construction activities, aligning them with the project schedule, milestones, and priorities. This includes creating a detailed roadmap that outlines the sequence of tasks and resources required for successful execution.
o Take charge of day-to-day site management, assuming leadership in overseeing and monitoring the site labor force and subcontractor activities. This involves ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.

Project Name: Khor Al Zubair - Nasiriyah LPG Pipeline (PL.),
Project Location: Basra, Iraq.
Client: Oil Pipeline Company - OPC
Project Brief: The Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) contract $100-million for a 16-Inch pipeline with 200 KM length to transfer Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)
Job Role: Site Manager for 70 KM Section.
Main Achievements:
Completed the construction activities ahead of schedule, encompassing:
o Welding, laying, and tie-in of a 70 KM length pipeline.
o Excavation and backfilling along the entire pipeline route.
o Installation of cathodic protection systems and fiber optics cable.
o Successfully executed three river-crossings using open-cut methods.
o Accomplished twenty-five road crossings through a combination of thrust boring and open-cut techniques.
o Fabrication and erection of four valve-room stations.
