 The main products and services of the factory are: overhead cranes, gantry cranes, structural steel buildings, specific mechanical parts & systems and cranes maintenance.

The project is building the Egyptian Refining Company (ERC) in Mostorod, Egypt, with value equals 4500 million USD.  The GS E&C company is the main contractor of the project.  Managing and supervising the construction and finishing the main units of the project which are: HCU, VDU, HPU, SWS, SRU, Tankage, Utility, WWT, DCU, DHT and NHT.  Check and evaluate subcontractor's current status within his work area.  Check the work progress status of responsible area and assure that the work conforms to all technical requirements.  Coordinate work execution in my area with other concerned supervisors.  Prepare and direct daily log, weekly construction schedule, and monthly construction schedule within the area assigned.  Review and keep subcontractor's daily work report.  Determine detail work method.  Expedite the delivery of the material which was scheduled to be supplied by GS E&C and subcontractor.  Prepare documents necessary for regular meetings, for both construction plan review and progress review.  Issue change order, extra work order, and work memorandum.  Assess progress measurements and prepare a document for progress payment request.  Keep progress photos and site history.  Oversee subcontractor's manpower control status.  Supervise the labor to assure that the safety regulation is observed and that safety equipment is available and ready for use.  Prepare documents requested by construction superintendent or field engineer.  The subcontractors for this project are: Petrojet, Orascom, Enppi, HAC & CSI.

 Marketing for the company activities.  Making sales and deals for the company.  Sending proposals for the clients and negotiating about the details with them.  Estimating the cost for the quotations sent to the company.  Helping other departments and give technical advice to them.  Handling awarded jobs and coordinating with other departments. 3

 Recording job orders in our database.  Dealing with job orders and dividing them into main sections.  Generating cutting data for each group of machines.  Making CNC programs for all CNC machines in the department.  Making AutoCAD drawings for the plates to be cut on the CNC flame cutting machines.  Coordinating with the engineering technical office department to solve any problems in modeling and to substitute the missing materials.  Giving engineering advises to engineers, foremen, and workers to solve their work problems in the department.  The machines are Peddinghaus CNC saw machine, Ficep CNC saw machine, Peddinghaus CNC punch Machine, SAF-FRO CNC flame cutting machine, plate rolling machine and section rolling machine.  Supervision of machine status, spare parts and maintenance.  The projects I work in them are:  SINAI grey cement line 2 (111 million USD).  CAIRO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT terminal 3 (7.5 million USD).  EL TAKAMOL cement plant in SUDAN (182 million USD).  MASS JORDON cement plant in SUDAN (68 million USD).  CALCIUM CARBONATE FACTORY in MENYA (18.7 million USD).  EL KURIMAT power plant BOILER 3 & 4 (14 million USD).  BMIC cement plant in Assuit (140 million USD).  MINYA cement plant in Minya (51 million USD).  National Cement Company upgrade in Helwan (104 million USD).  South Valley Cement Company in Beni-Sueif (139 million USD).  West Damietta power plant (5 Tanks) (4.7 million USD).  Scimitar Production Egypt, Oil pipe line (31 million USD).  Suez Company for Fertilizer Production (2.5 million USD).  Tripoli Convention Center in Libya (1.6 million USD)

 Working as an executive manager for the operation department.  Receiving job orders from the technical manager or directly from the clients.  Dealing with job orders using CAD/CAM system to generate drawings and CNC programs. The programs used are AutoCAD, VX CAD/CAM, and Edge CAM.  Loading each section with work orders and manage the processes.  Prepare raw materials purchasing order if the clients did not
provide them to us.
Testing the produced molds and making samples.  The machines were CNC machine center, two CNC wire cutting machines, CNC spark machine, CNC drilling machine.  Supervision of machine status, spare parts and maintenance.  The clients were UNIVERSAL, INDUSTERIAL CONTROL, EL NEGMA, ELECTROSTAR, NISSAN, BMW and FRANK SAMY

 Working three months at the technical office and design a mechanical braking system and supervising the execution of it.  Working as firefighting trucks manufacturing department manager, coordinating between the other departments involving the work such as plate work department, machining department, welding department, assembly department, and purchasing department.  Supervising the assembly of the components of the trucks and the finishing processes and the tests required to assure the efficiency of the trucks.  In the period of my work, we deliver 17 firefighting trucks to a company in Syria.

 Receiving job orders from factory manager or directly from clients.  Dealing with job orders using CAD/CAM system to generate drawings and CNC programs. The programs used are AutoCAD and VX CAD/CAM.  Loading each machine with work orders and manage the processes.  Checking the products (assembly or parts) and deliver them to the clients.  Supervising the machines and workers and dealing with any problems.  The machines were CNC machine center, CNC wire cutting, and CNC lathe.  Supervision of machine status, spare parts and maintenance.  The clients were FLORA, MASRIAT, FIMCO, and others.  The products are rolling mills, molds, dies and spare parts.
