• Verify and analyze BI Reports based on Company Standards
• Support Sales Team by providing training and updates with regards to the automation process.
• Process SFA and DIS Data for management decision making.
• Maintain SFA Portal timely and accurately as needed.
• Review and validate data provided.
• Identify problems and propose solutions based on all available data.
• Support ad hoc country projects in analytics/reporting area.
• Prepare reports to show country performance based on WGO KPI Scorecard
• Facilitate international and domestic payments using multi-currency bank accounts via our Treasury Management System.
• Prepare daily bank reconciliation reports and liaise with respective internal and external teams to resolve issues thereof. Produce expense and payment summary reports per client requirements.
• Resolves issues on transactions such as lack of funds, provides proof of payments and others that arise during the day.
• Approves clients claims for payment in accordance with companys guidelines.
• Identify and develop process improvement and ideas that increase productivity and contribute to financial success through cost savings and enhancement of Bank Reconciliation Process.
• Create purchase orders on SAP for KSA location and provide the same to appropriate vendors. Also requests for extension/creation of vendors to SAP.
• Coordinate with respective departments regarding purchase orders and invoices.
• Post invoices on SAP. Forward invoices received to payments department to process the same for payment.
• Update daily sales report and other reports to provide to respective people.
• Prepare asset creation forms when invoice is received for identified assets.
• Export reports (e.g., Inventory, Vendor line items, GL balances, etc.) on SAP to excel.
• Reconcile and capture daily trade margin calculation to the total position by contract type and unrealized gain/loss to the broker statement or faxed/transmitted instructions for specific funds.
• Acts as a resource to process transactions in accordance to established procedures. Performs various daily tasks as necessary to support processing routines and assists with the related duties as required.
• Reviews work for accuracy and resolves data/trade related issues through interaction with Accounting and Custody Team of each client designated operations. Process Validation Tool (Process Improvement Project)
• Spearheaded the migration process of automating manual day to day operations.
• Assure trades are captured in automated tool same as manual provide accuracy in reconciliation.
• Resolve issues in migration process to provide proper matching of trades and resolve issues that may arise.
• Ensure day to day operations are carried out in new tool.
• Provide training to team members.
