• Gather, analyze and assess business requirements and recommend IT solutions with all relevant stakeholders across organizational boundaries

• Drives the momentum of each process improvement project forward, on schedule, and under budget where applicable.
• Participates in and develops Lean activities (Kaizen, VSM, etc.).
• Participates and applies necessary technical skills (DMAIC, Lean) to deliver improvement results.
• Coaches plant personnel on Six Sigma Lean tools.
• Employs overall Quality knowledge and concepts when working through initiatives.
• Quality Related Modules Activation on Oracle.
• Lead ISO TS 16949 Implementation.
• Lead Change Management Practices.
