- Collecting high level requirements and processes from the U.S. client, modeling them out and translating them into code. (https://www.tangoe.com/)
- Providing accurate estimations for sprint deliverables, and daily progress reports on all tasks.
- Deep involvement in the development of mapping interfaces, plugins written in SQL/Java tailored to every client’s needs and responsible for transforming the telecom data in electronic bills into a standardized format, and extracting the necessary information.
- Accurate tracing and debugging of Java code written by other developers, and the immediate resolution of any defects caused by this code.
- Handling all types of financial transactions (Cash, Credit Cards, Cheques…)
- Deep involvement in high level costumer service, including a steady and fast billing pace, gift wrapping, the packing and protection of delicate items.
- Full responsibility of a part of the company profit, and performing reports.
- Preparing newly purchased laptops and desktops (Installing Operating Systems, requested software, and configuring the corresponding software to suit the customers’ needs.)
- Assessing the situation of any laptop or desktop, identifying all problems, be it software or hardware, and performing repairs.
- Stay in contact with the customer and update them on the state of their machines.
