• Jan 2015 - Date :- DN071-Construction of Roads and Infrastructure in Al Kheesa North and East (Package-01), Doha, Qatar
Al Kheesa North and East (Rawdat Al Hamama District) - Package-1 project is located approximately 10km north of central Doha between the existing Al Khor Expressway and Al Shamal (North) road. The project will provide Infrastructure, roads, drainage and utilities, for approximately 600 residential plots, with an internal and perimeter highway network of roads in varying corridor widths.
The scope of work includes Construction of Road network (121, 337 m² of road and 207, 017 m² of Parking and foot-paths ), Micro-tunnelling for Storm water drainage and foul sewer pipeline of 7434m (6059m of storm water drainage and 1375m of foul sewer) and diameter ranging from 400mm to 2400mm will be installed using micro tunnelling / pipe jacking method. This pipeline network will be associated with a total number of 67 shafts, Construction of 702 numbers of shallow, deep and very deep manholes for foul sewer and storm water with different diameters. 16.20 km of storm water pipework for mainline (VC pipe diameter 400mm to 1000mm) including 17.0 km of gully connections.
Construction of 6 numbers of Attenuation tank up to 7750 mᶟ capacity and one Balancing tank of 25200 mᶟ capacity. Construction of 16.15 km of foul sewer mainline and 14.80 km of house connection pipe laying. Construction of 9.20 km of HDPE pipe for TSE line. Project also included construction utility services works for Electricity, Q-tel and QAF.
2012- Dec 2014, CP 745/2-Construction of Al Gharaffa area Sewerage Network (DN068), Doha, Qatar: The scope of work consists of installing a sewer network for Al Gharaffa area and connects it to pumping station PS 34.
The network includes 23.5 km of VC sewer line by open cut trench, 1.5 km of sewer by micro tunneling, 760 in situ manholes, 1050 house connections and 15.5 km of lateral connections
2012- Dec 2014, CP 745/3-Construction of Al Nassriya area Sewerage Network (DN069), Doha, Qatar: The scope of work consists of installing a sewer network for Al Nassriya area and connects it to pumping station PS 34A.
The network includes 18 km of VC sewer line by open cut trench, 2 km of sewer by micro tunneling, 620 in situ manholes, 950 house connections and 11 km of lateral connections

Jumeirah Village South III Circle has been master planned as satellite city development which will house 150, 000 residents and provide community facilities including shopping malls, schools and mosques. JVS covers almost 632 hectares of unoccupied desert which is located approximately 15 km from Dubai city Centre.

Scope of works

• Construction of Road networks (76 km roads, 6.9 km Alleyways, 188, 633 m² of Parallel Parking and foot-paths ) and its associated infrastructure;
• Construction and Installation of 136 km of Potable Water network of dia upto 900 mm and its associated infrastructure including installation of valves and valve chambers;
• Construction and Installation of 77 km of Sewerage networks of pipe dia upto 1200 mm and 83 km of Storm water networks of pipe dia upto 1500 mm and its associated infrastructure;
• Construction and Installation of 77 km of Treated Sewerage Effluent (TSE) and Irrigation networks of pipe dia upto 500 mm and its associated infrastructure;
• Excavation and Backfilling for the Installation 25 km of of District cooling networks, and construction of associated infrastructure for the district cooling networks (IVC).
