Construction of CCTM Square
•A 4 Storey Commercial Bldg. w/ 4 Level Basement, Mezzanine & Penthouse
Client - Ministry of Education / Saudi Government
•Production of White Precast Concrete Panels for PNUW
•RPC 4967- PNU Plant
Supervise all works by Sub-Contractors and direct them to follow schedule of priorities.
•Set up procedures which include Logistic and project execution methodologies, quality & safety objectives, monitoring implementation and improvement analysis.
•Assuring that all activities will be in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
•Interpretation/ implementation of plans/working drawings and methodologies.
•Monitor Non Conformance site issues and advise the sub-contractors corrective and preventive actions up to its close out.
•Ensure that no activity is being processed without supervision.
•Operationally and administratively controlling quality of works at site.
•Liaise closely with the Consultant and QC Engineers for the inspection of all works.
•Submit progress and miscellaneous reports to the Site
Project Manager.
•Prepare shop drawings, estimates, cutting lists, material requisitions, reports and correspondence.
Inspects all constructions in progress within project limits to ensure that the works have conformed to the approved project plans, method statements and specifications.
•Managed sub-contractor in planning and execution of activities.
•Monitor and review production and progress versus work planned schedule.
•Coordinate with contractors in-charged regarding materials and equipment requirements to facilitate work progress.

•Attending daily client meeting and safety meeting to ensure that the assign scope of work is completed on time and on track with the schedule with proper safety, coordination.
