Corporate and Institutional sales of different IT and ITES solutions like Interactive Flat panel solution, Education Projectors, Interactive White boards, Security and Surveillance solutions, Wireless solutions, Learning Management System, Content Management System, ERP Solution, Tablet Solutions etc. across UAE, Oman and Qatar.
Responsible for entire sales cycle starting from lead identification, site survey, proposal & presentations, techno-commercial negotiations, closing of orders and collections.
Identify key business issues and opportunities; lead the formulation and presentation of solutions and proposals to potential clients by partnering with Technical teams.
Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. Managing a team of 5 Resource Coordinators in the educational institutions to ensure timely support and to generate new business opportunities.
Collect up-to-date market information and competitor information, conduct various analyses and prepare management reports.
• Responsible for sales and marketing of different products of company.
• Pursue new accounts through lead generation, cold calls and referrals.
• Build strong relationships with existing accounts, providing services when necessary.
• Analyze competitive products in terms of reliability and features.
• Prepare sales forecasts and plans for different products to maximize revenue.
• Managing sales and marketing of Digitalized Technology enabled class rooms in Schools by which conventional class rooms are converted to Technology enabled class rooms.
• Managing a team of 6 sales executives, 7 resource executives and 3 IT Engineers across 4 Districts with high performance results.
• Accountable for the development and implementation of all marketing programmes and strategic sales activities in the region.
• Coordinating the contracts with various client schools for timely renewals of the same and coordinating the same with the management for additions, omissions or up gradations on the contract.
• Imparting excellent customer service to schools in the region.
• Identifying and monitoring the performance of competitors in the market place.
• Conducting training programmes to educate team regarding products and programs.
