The key responsibilities & achievements are enunciated hereunder:

- Total responsibility of finance, control & accounts functions

- Audit (Internal) Subsidiary Company and submit report to the
Chairman

- cash/fund flow planning

- Budget preparation and reporting

- Designed & implemented monthly management information
system (financials)

- Finalizing & closing the books of accounts every year

- Streamlined accounting systems & methods to concur to the
International Accounting Standards

- Liaison with banks & financial institutions

- Liaison with internal & external auditors

- Manage the Credit facilities from Barclays Bank, Standard
Chartered Bank, National Bank of Fujairah, Emirates NBD,
Habib Bank AG Zurich, Dubai Islamic Bank etc.

- Responsible for managing three sub-ordinates

- Opening of Letter of Credits and Negotiation of Letter of Credit
(documents) with various banks

- FX forward bookings with Banks

- Various types of FX Options with banks

- Monthly budget variance analysis and reporting

- Key member in all management decision making process

- Comparative expense analysis of estimated vs actual and
previous year figures

- Monthly brand-wise/product-wise profitability analysis

- Liaison with insurance company to cover Property All risk policy,
Workmen’s Compensation, Public Liability and for accident
claims of personnel & vehicles

- Planning, organizing & supervising physical verification of
inventory & fixed assets

- Negotiating with banks to invest the surplus fund of the
Company/Directors

- Liaison with regulatory bodies for Trade License, Operation
fitness Certificate etc
