3 - Worked as Senior Trainer
3.1 Training all new hired engineers and technicians on both theoretical and practical training.
3.2 Training them in troubleshooting, RF tuning and energy management.
3.3 Training them in using different equipments like spectrum analyzer and oscilloscope.
3.4 Ensure technical skills of all team members are updated regularly and meeting the operational requirements.
3.5 Ensure all service procedures as defined by the vendors are followed in practice.

4 - Worked as Maintenance Engineer.
4.1 Repairs of Nokia mobile device down to component level (level3) including logical fault finding, measurements, tunings and capability of µBGA soldering/replacement.
