Job Description.
Recording and tracking internal and external distribution of documents.
Entering and maintaining accurate information.
Ensuring all required fields of information on drawing has been entered.
Monitoring and ensuring engineering processes are being followed.
Receive and register documents.
Control document number issuance and maintain document register.
Classify, sort, file and archive documents.
Check quality documents.
Issue register of deliverables periodically.
Adhere to engineering document procedures at all times.
Arranging for the submission of drawings / documents to the client as per the
Client format / requirements in both Soft and Hard Copies.
Reporting to the Quality Manager
Entering all this data to NSF -Suez quality record System.
Preparing project documents and MRB as per project procedure & client specification.
Designing posters, Advertisements, brochure….etc.
Treating damaged and old photos.
