Achieving maximum revenue on behalf of the landlord by ensuring, in conjunction with leasing agents, that all units carry as high an occupancy rate as possible.
Liaising with government and industry departments e.g. the rent committee of Dubai Municipality and RERA.
Developing and maintaining good relationships with landlords.
Ensuring, as far as possible, that tenants’ complaints and concerns are attended with speedily and satisfactorily.
Collection and monitoring of rent payments and preparing documentation in the case of arrears (including termination notices).
Ensuring that all relevant information is entered into the Master Key software program in an accurate and timely manner, and that all renewal dates and maintenance issues are not only regularly monitored but followed up as necessary to ensure resolution.

Property Management - Handling property portfolio for Investors.
Dealing with rent issues. Screen a Tenant, Handle Security Deposits, terminate a Lease, evict a Tenant, Comply with Property Safety Standards.
Understand the market where the property is located and have a look at comparable properties in the area.
Carry out physical management of the property, including regular maintenance and emergency repairs during Check in and Check Out.
Generate property and mortgage business through direct customer sourcing, telemarketing, cross-selling and sales campaigns.
Application processing that includes completing documentation, for Sales as well as rental deals.
Act as the point of contact for Client Property and Mortgage matters across the organization, actioning any decisions taken.
Provide administrative support including document, spreadsheet and presentation production.
Manage and maintain internal record keeping and document retention systems (soft and hard copy) for the HR function.
Manage the operations budget. Submit Full Profit and Budget Report to the CEO.
Undertake research requests and provide analysis and recommendations of findings.

Responsible for all the issues pertaining to Security & Safety of cruise ship and passengers Screening and Maintain security tools such CCTV, DVRs, and Security Fixtures installed (X‐ Rays, WTMD, Itemizer and Optex)
