Prepare the engineers' expenses claim. The mobile phone bills sorting and setting the staff overspending. The staff task sheets and feedback to the department manager. Visa managing and preparing all the documents needed for the visa. Visa Cash keeping. Get all the administration payment signed by the GM. Attend meeting with the GM and prepare minutes of the meeting.
• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
