KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
❖ Preparing job descriptions for the employees as per the requirement of the hour so that the work force is utilized optimally.
❖ Planning the recruitments as per the monthly meeting minutes, and training the recruited employees by conducting induction programme and evaluation of the output after the probation period.
❖ Coordinating with local and international recruitment agencies and promote qualified candidates as per the requirement of the project & contract.
❖ Taking care of Passport and Visa Formalities -Stamping, Expiry and Renewal
❖ Dealing with all payments inward & outward-Approving and Collecting
❖ Control of Manpower Supply - Time sheets collection, Invoicing and administering purchase of material as per the site requirement
❖ Cash flow preparation to ensure that all things are on course.
❖ All HR functions especially with regard to the preparation of pay rolls, leaves and vacations etc.,
❖ Assisting the management in all aspects of the Personnel Department and thus enabling smooth functioning of the Company.

❖ Participate in cross functional business teams involving Supply, Operations and Maintenance personnel during negotiations of key and critical supply contracts.
❖ Involved in implementing national and international procurement strategies, which meet quality requirements, optimized cost, delivery services and guarantee supply assurance.
