· Review the tender & IFC drawings and discrepancies to be reported to PM/RE/Sr. Architect of the project.
· Attend the factory visits, witness third party tests as directed by PM.
· Review and comment on the Contractor material submission, shop drawings, record drawings, as built drawings, method statements, ITP ... as per contract documents.
· Attend inspection request in the same day (whenever possible) and release the comments on the same day.
· Assist QS in monthly payment certification.
· Coordinate with other trade disciplines for smooth project progress.
· Assist PM/RE/Sr. trade discipline in coordinating with the design team as and when required especially for confirming RFI responses.
· Routine inspections to be carried out to ensure that the Contractor is executing the project as per the contract requirement.
· Actively participate in technical and progress meetings as requested by PM/RE.
* Studies and reviews all contract documents to ensure the requirements of the client and to implement effectively;
*Provide technical direction in execution of project;
*Ensure flawless coordination between site works and technical specifications;
*Review & approve technical written submittals, workshop drawings and specifications;
*Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals;
*Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements;
*Provide onsite engineering support & technical direction to subcontractors;
*Provide technical support and assistance to the Project Construction Management team;
*Review Monthly engineering reports and establish all the design review dates;
*Monitor the Contractors performance against agreed target dates (concrete pours etc.);
*Ensure understanding and application of responsibilities with regard to the Company's Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.
* Site mobilization.
*Technical coordination and weekly meetings with MEP, Landscaping and ID departments.
*ID and architectural Design Coordination from conceptual design stage until as built drawings.
*Head of architectural department. Supervising team of 4 junior architects & 12 draftsman in
charge of all drawings elaboration.
*Submittals review prior to official submission and follow up with consultant and client until final approval.
*Design coordination, material selection, mock up execution follow up.
*Site Supervision, continuous inspection and follow up in order to make sure design is well executed properly and all trades are well coordinated and in line with approved documents, specifications and drawings.
*Meeting with client and consultant, coordination and minutes of meeting elaboration.
*Meeting with suppliers and subcontractors, selection of material, and purchasing tracking.
*Site mobilization, scaffolding preparation, excavation survey and study
*Modified apartments interior design coordination
*Shop drawing elaboration for all items, after coordination with all trades and subcontractors
*Elevation cladding: Shop drawings, cutting list, purchase order delivery, supervision and
execution
*Landscape: Shop drawings, cutting list, purchase order delivery and execution.
*QS and BOQ revision for modified apartments
*As a Site engineer: Finishing works for gym, spa, underground swimming pool, steam room,
Sauna, landscaping (vehicle ramps and roads and pedestal passages outdoor swimming pool,
waterfalls…), Elevations and inside apartments finishing works
