Marketing:
Study marketplace trends in Iraq: brand ranking, market share, etc.
Monitor the competition through market surveys, pricing analysis, products comparison etc…
Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies in the Iraqi market to achieve the designated brand’s objectives
Communicate annual brand marketing plan to all retailers
Have an acute awareness of brand principles and communicate same to all clients
Determine and manage the marketing budget in coordination with the GM.
Co-ordinate with LVMH marketing department on all aspects of planning, budgeting and implementation of events/pr/media activities

Commercial:
Report on a monthly basis to LVMH commercial department all sales activities, wholesale stock and sales, sell out and sales, brand ranking, market share, or any commercial activity
Consolidate local reports and provide periodic analysis executive summary
Internally, report on a monthly basis to management on the sales activities
Merchandising:
Follow up on new stores openings in Erbil according to guidelines: layout, project status, hand over,
and merchandising
Coordinate with the LVMH Merchandising department to implement the brand guidelines and
animation according to the merchandising calendar
Liaise with the internal merchandising department for good execution of animations
Assists in the opening of a daily checklist, assists in filling the required documents, assists in coordinating the daily sales, keeps awareness of the company internal rules and regulations, preparing a weekly and monthly report of the daily sales of employees, controls the reservation of goods, assists in reviewing cashiers and head cashiers end of the day reports, controls employees grooming (uniform, shaving, make up…) assists in the preparation of the staff’s weekly schedule and controlling employees attendance, monitors employees’ behavior and makes sure it is in line with the company’s rules and regulations, reports employees issues, complaints and conflicts and assists in the preparation of incident report, conducts evaluations of employees within his/her scope of authority and identifies training needs, and ready to solve any conflict with customers.
