Responsible for managing the installation of 2 new 11 kV electrical
infrastructures, one being located at Kirkuk Regional Air Base (KRAB),
contracted by Fluor Intercontinental, Inc. and the other at Camp
Falcon, at Baghdad, and contracted by SEI Engineering, Inc. The
installation of the infrastructure at KRAB included the installation of over 68 kilometers of direct burial cable and the installation of 37 new substations, and installation a 16 megawatt containerized power plant. My responsibilities included construction manager, QA/QC, safety manager and security manager. As for Camp Falcon, my team installed 35 kilometers of direct burial cable and the installation of 19 new substations and installed a 7 megawatt containerized power plant. My personal responsibilities were the same as mentioned above at KRAB
