I attend courts on various legal matters, where I prepared the legal recourse in the courts whom which advising and writing legal conclusions. I also represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, jury trials at the court of appeal and cassation. I also develop and implement litigation, settlement and trial strategies, and giving various legal advices.
• Corporate and Commercial - extensive experience in commercial property transactions, agency and distribution arrangements.
• Criminal cases - extensive experience in criminal cases handling fraud and various criminal cases and defending clients in all phases of criminal proceedings.
• Employment Matters - extensive experience in various employment matters handling employment cases at courts with emphasis on wage and hour matters: experienced in defending claims of breach of contract, defamation, fraud, wrongful termination, discrimination; responsible for counselling employers on issues including wage and hour compliance, hiring, disciplining and firing employers, drafting executive, non disclosure and other employment agreements and providing employment law advice to various companies such as Lebanese Saudi for packaging company.
• Commercial, Collection, and E-Commerce - advising and establishing a multinational online collection offshore company (payment gateway), establishing the company, drafting collection contracts, merchant account contracts, and all the legal aspects of the establishing of the project, company, and website.

• Insurance and Reinsurance - extensive experience in insurance conflicts and trials, providing insurance law advice to Horizon Insurance Company and Caise Mutuelle Laiique major Lebanese insurance companies.
• Civil Matters - Experience in handling a diverse civil litigation caseload such as: properties -- Hiring contracts, Leasing contracts, sale contracts, personal statute, execution (commercial draft, will execution, heritage, judgment) lawsuit on non execution of contracts (hiring, sales…) handling cases on banks cessation of paying.
